Cost effective import substitutes and tailor made products developed by the group are as under:
1. Packing Covers
Specially designed packing covers were developed for local and international transportation of Blades, Nacelles, Hubs & Nosecones. Huge covers for the Towers and Skid Machines to be exported were also developed. Our covers are ready to use, easy to cover as well as to uncover. These covers are manufactured from specially Cotton Laminated Fabrics in order to comply with the pollution norms of importing countries.
2. Nylon Vacuum Film
Perfect substitute for imported Nylon Vacuum Film which can sustain a temperature of 200 degrees C with different widths of 800mm, 1000mm & 1250mm used for Rotor Blade manufacturing was developed. This helped the user companies save 3/4thof the amount being spent on it without compromising on quality and strength.
3. PVC Angles
PVC angles were developed as a very economical substitute for Aluminium angles being used in Blade manufacturing. Presently we make PVC angles in sizes of 20x20 mm and 32x32 mm with thickness of 2mm and 3mm respectively.
4. Chicken Mesh Roll
We make Chicken Mesh Roll with M.S. wire woven into hexagonal mesh having length of 25 Mtrs and width of 4 Ft.
5. SS-304/ 316 Shims
We manufacture ready cut Shims as well as specially designed Shims from SS-304 & SS-316. We make SS Shims as per the drawings provided by the customer companies.
6. Rubber Parts & Packagings
We can manufacture various Rubber Parts and give Packing Solutions as per the customer company’s requirements and drawings.
Hybrid Power Generating Systems
Brimming with confidence after establishing stable business relationship with Enercon, Suzlon etc, the group started a new venture- Pavan Energy Corporation, for marketing of Small Hybrid Power Generating Systems under collaboration with South West Wind Energy, USA, and Unitron Energy Systems, Pune, India. Pavan Energy Corporation is the only registered and authorized company of its kind in Gujarat State. It is praiseworthy that Pavan Energy Corporation has successfully installed the fully automated 10 K.W. Wind- Solar Hybrid Energy Generation Project for Gujarat State Police Department in 2006 and that the same Hybrid System is functioning satisfactorily even now without any problem.
The Group’s Corporate office and two manufacturing units are at Ahmedabad and are fully computerized. Modernization of production units is underway and the process of procuring Ultrasonic Welding Machines and Electronic Cutting Machines has already commenced. This will enable the company to supply better finished products in more quantities and at most economical rates.
